OK, The new year has begun. School has even started. Are we
ready to consider a meeting?
I suggest again that a meeting focusing on Pullman's "anti-growth"
proposal from last fall would be an interesting one.
The Pullman folks who wanted to manage growth in their town more
carefully got a proposition on the local ballot (prop 1) to de-annex a
subdivision at the edge of town. They lost in November big-time.
What are the lessons here for Moscow?
What will these Pullmanites do next?
Marc Fleisher of that group is willing to come to Moscow to
discuss these issues.
Is there any interest out there in 2020-land? Anyone want to help
make this meeting happen?
