Thanks Susan for the posting.
And now I have a question--
Has anyone noticed that Pullman will be voting on an amazing
citizen referendum that would effectively stop a major subdivision on the
edge of that town? (It's their Proposition One).
I'm somehow surprised that Pullman is ahead of Moscow on this
one....

ps. Whether it passes or not, would it be of interest here to bring the
sponsors of that referendum to Moscow for a meeting?
