Hi Lori--I've appreciated your comments about the impact of one percent
on public libraries. I agree with you that your running a lean and mean
operation and I have talked to Martin Trail in great detail about this.

I'd appreciate getting your examples of what a 30% cut will mean in term
of reduced services to citizens. I'm doing alot of door knocking in the
rural area where there is more support for the one percent--most citizens still
want to enjoy the same level of services they now enjoy. Specific examples
of what the impact of the 1% will be on their lives helps to amplify
their understanding.
