I attended an open house for Cathy Rouyer last week since she
is among the LCC candidates I have never met personally. I was
surprised and disappointed to learn that she had never even
heard of Moscow Vision 2020--especially in light of our close
work and volunteerism for the Latah County Planning (and Zoning)
Commission(s), not to mention the history of the Eastside Marketplace
Town Meeting, transportation summit, Business Park Forum and so on.
I assumed that meant that she didn't subscribe to the Daily News,
so I was confused about how I felt.
