It is time for moscow to realize that we don't have the space to build out
so we need to build up. It certainly would be a way of preserving the
outlying agrucultural/scenic areas of our little country city town. I
would say community but, Moscow in no way stands up to what the meaning of
community is all about.
If people will pay for parking permits now why wouldn't they buy
them to park in a structure? If we had permit parking only structures
then it would aleviate propblem parking for consumers.
