Perhaps ifpeople want to see money going towards the paradise
creek restoration project we should begin with developing a filtration
system. As all the rewstoration in the world is not going to matter one
iota in the long run if every drain in the city continue to freely run
into the creek. Without a filtration system the creek will contunually
be contaminated and filled with trash.
