After these past few weeks I think it is particularly important
that we not build any new subdivisions with out sidewalks and that
they be separated from the street to permit storage of snow between
the walk and the street. It is also a safety factor with young
children riding their bikes and trikes. This should be for the city
and in the area of impact which will c\some day be part of the city.
