Last Tuesday, Dale Pernula posted revised drafts for two major
sections of the Moscow Comprehensive Plan to the Vision 2020 list. Both the
Transportation & Circulation and Parks & Recreation sections are scheduled
for public hearing on Wednesday, February 28th, at 7:30. Sorry for the
conflict with other community activities -- but remember that one way to
make public comment on these important topics is through the Vision 2020 list.

You can also get access to these draft documents on "The Unofficial
Planning Homepage for Moscow, Idaho" which I have decided to start.
(Hopefully this will evolve into an official city homepage sponsored by the
city.) This site also includes the draft arterial street plan map which
accompanies the Transportation section.
