Some see the forest, others see the trees. Good discussion on
the tangles in this issue. I will remind folks that on February
1, Roger Coupal will provide some insights about failure versus
success of business parks. No guarantees on one or the other, but useful
information on factors that the community and the EDC will want to consider.

February 1 Success vs. Failure Factors and Financing
Roger Coupal, WSU, compares success and failure factors of other
business park ventures. Gib Myers discusses specific financing options.
