* a small retailer, complementary to Brown's Furniture (home furnishings
or appliances or electronics), but with less traffic volume than a
convenience store.
* a satellite for the Incubator, perhaps for spillover from businesses
that are bursting at the seams but not quite ready to go out on their own?
