yep

well, not really. People can focus group discussions; limit them; etc.,
those who wish for less controled info-flow can just use another, less
structured forum. I can see a publicly sponsored list, like maybe if the
p&z groups had their own list, having to be more structured and careful
b/c they are a legally instituted group whose resposibilities would require
caution in public speach. But v2020 doesn't have a publicly defined
charter and shouldn't have these types of restrictions. but, if the
origninators of the group want it to be more structured, they have the
right to do that eh?

Again, public institutions have some restrictions (which is why
executive sessions are held to deal with certain issues). community
groups really don't have a need .....

actually, (at the risk of loosing credibility by actually supporting the
snooze); i thought the story was well focused. Carole has worked hard
to bring options to the city and I'm sure she's disapointed with this
set-back re: land prices. Sounds like she just got out bid, which just
goes to show that land is pricey in moscow. But many of the issues are
right on. I could move to the pullman park asap and they'd build the
building. it DOES make it hard to stay in moscow....

Hey, everyone puts their own spin on the news, its just that some
think about it and some just do it...:)
