Thanks for raising the issue within that group.
Speaking for myself, what I tried to suggest was not a public
discussion of that business park necessarily.
More a discussion of the concept, risks, goals, who benefits, etc. in
relation to this specific business park idea--before the taxpayers are
committed to it.
