A few of the recent posts have asked Business Park related questions that
may be addressed when we finally post the notes from our public forum. One
of these questions was raised by John Teeter from First Step Research, about
who is expected to pay for the buildings at the Park. Based on what we
heard Sunday, it is defintely assumed that the tenants and
builders-of-buildings are one and the same.

We'll get those notes posted in a day or two.
