well spoken antidote....as for myself, as the father of an 18yr.old on
his own on moscow, (one of) my biggest fears is that he fall in wrong with
the cops for something as simple as the noise level issue and from there
on to jail...i spose it'll happen (he's already had a $100 fine for smoking
a ciggy in fount of a police type.) anyway, there's got to be a better
way....
