Five candidates have filed nominating petitions for three seats on the
Moscow City council. Since the election is "at large," the 3 candidates
with the most votes will win.
Candidates are:
1. Marshall Comstock, a home-builder.
2. Pam Palmer, a childbirth educator at Pullman Memorial Hospital.
3. Tom LeClaire, a salesman at Deranleau's.
4. Mark Leeper, executive director of Disability Action Center Northwest
in Moscow.
5. Gary Young, account manager for a pharmaceutical company that works out
of his home.
Comstock and Palmer are incumbents. The 3rd incumbnet, Bob Dudley, did not
seek re-election.
The election will be Nov. 7, and voters can register at the polling places.
