Evidently the recommendation to build a new high school is coming from the
shared facilities committee which has looked at available structures with an
eye on maximizing use of existing facilities, projecting needs, etc. This
isn't simply the high school with blinders on saying "we're crowded, let's
get a new school."

That doesn't mean we shouldn't look critically at the proposal, but perhaps
first hear the full report which is about more than just the high school.
