A couple of weeks ago the Moscow city council approved the formation of a
bicycle advisory committee. I woudl urge interested persons to write a
letter to Mayor Agidius asking to be appointed. The ordinance wording
does not specifically require residency in Moscow, so I'm going to give
it a try myself!
