Those who attend tonight's 2020 meeting will get the full report from
Susan (I won't be there). But here's some preliminary poop.
Among the subcommittee who did the contest there was agreement
that it was a success. Lots of interest at the FArmer's Market. Four
new people to add to mailing list who want to participate in future
meetings, etc. Dedicated involvement of several new folks (Mark Becker,
Miriam Abraham) in our activities. Good photos/captions entered.
The winning entries will be displayed at the Beanery beginning on
Wed. They will remain there until moved to the "Tale of 2 Cities"
wrap-up meeting on Oct 5 at community center. Then to the UI Libvrary or
somewhere else.
Press release on the results goes out today.
