responding to a request for more specifics on the photo contest rules--
-minimum photo size 4 by 6 inches
-multiple photos OK if all photos relate to one caption and all
photos are attached to one 8X11 paper
-maximum number of entries per person, three
-everyone is eligible to enter
-caption (poemn or prose) no more than 100 words, on no more than
one 8X11 paper, with clear marking of entry as Moscwo or non-Moscow
-write name on back of both photo and caption
-include negs if possible
-entry includes right of 2020 to use image in publication,
display and whatever else anyone can think of
