Does anyone know whether Instructional Media folks at UI or WSU will
lend out video cameras and/or camcorders? Or does either public library
have one for check out?

I need to make a short tape (VHS) for a birthday present for a friend --
Palouse scenes, campus characters, etc.

I know Cablevision loans out equipment for the public-access channel
but there's not much viewer interest in my program idea.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
