Moscow P & Z meeting tonight will consider the Tranportation element of
the comprehensive plan. It was on hold for a year and a half while they
were inundated with development requests, and this is their first
breathing opportunity. My guess is that they will want to move it
through ASAP so this may be the last chance before public haering to
input on the plan.

I would have to shut off my computer and make a phone call to provide you
with relaible time and location for tonights meeting, traditionally
they've been at 7:30 in council chambers, better call 882-5553 to
confirm. Seeyou there...
