Dave-

In reply to your question about the Plummer property, I can say a few
things. First of all, to my knowledge, the issue isn't dead yet. I
thought that the Council voted against that particular request, but there
was interest to look into a land swap further, perhaps with a slightly
larger linear park section (in order to make the "numbers" work). I'm not
sure if everyone had the same understanding as I did, so I am currently
following up on that.

Secondly, I'm afraid Fritz will be disappointed, but there is no cover up.
Everyone knows that the Styner project continues to be "financially
challenged". I don't think anyone is trying to hide anything. Also, the
land appraisal that was done was with the full knowledge of the easement
Plummer has. There are probably different opinions on what exactly that
easement means legally.

By the way, sorry I am sending this without your original message Dave. I
am still learning this way of communicating and something screwed up when I
touched some button out of order. I guess I will send your original
message separately.

Pam
