Ummm....with a 2 x 4? :-) There is always more than one way
to achieve one's objectives. Education is the soft approach. It
does have potential *in the long run* to achieve success. But in the
short term, it frustates those that believe immediate action should
be taken.
I do not believe our elected officials (city council)
will realize the importance of water issues until they are forced
to. I'd be happy to hear some evidence to the contrary.
I didn't hear...were elected officials there? Who and how many?
