Although Moscow Vision 2020 is "multi-partisan," I must agree that the
recent mail has been CLUTTER in my box. I'm with Greg on this issue--
let's try to spend most of the space on meaningful local civic issues.
It is also important not to confuse individual points of view with a
Moscow Vision 2020 point of view.
