Kris Sies asked me to announce a meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 6:30
pm upstairs at the Moscow Food Co-op. The purpose is to educate and
organize people on the noise ordinance issue. Kris and others would
like to bring the issue before the City Council, in the hope of
rescinding the recent decision of the administrative committee.
