So, I would hope that if the ren fair is limited to six hours of "noise"
then the County Fair would also be limited to the same six hours. I would
think that six hour limitation and decible limitation would probably remove
the profit motive for the installing rides. We could still have the sheep
judging, but no more Gallion ship. Perhaps this realization of the obvious
fairness issue (no pun intended) would get the administrative committee to
rethink their hasty act.
